Premium SIP Construction: Highly insulated for year-round comfort, with 97mm wall and floor panels and a robust 122mm roof.
Striking Design: Angular form, diagonal overhang, and contemporary glazed front elevation in uPVC Anthracite Grey (white interior finish).
Customisable Cladding: Choose from Thermowood, British Cedar, or Western Red Cedar for a tailored look.
Flexible Glazing: 2400mm of glazing with an opening door and glazed side panels. Upgrade to bi-fold or aluminium if desired.
Endless Uses: Ideal as a home office, studio, garden lounge, or multi-purpose space. Bespoke sizes available in Premier range.

Yes, experienced DIYers or builders can opt for a supply-only kit with full instructions. For most, we recommend our expert installation service for the best result.

Can I mix cladding types or customise the layout?
Absolutely – you can select different cladding types for each side. Let us know your preference and we’ll quote for your specific configuration.

What glazing comes as standard?
The Aspect Room includes 2400mm of front glazing (single opening door and side panels) in uPVC Anthracite Grey (white interior). Upgrades to aluminium or bi-fold doors available – please enquire.

Can I add more windows or change door style?
Yes, additional windows and doors can be specified on all Premier models. Let us know your requirements and we’ll provide a tailored quote.

Do I need planning permission?
Most garden rooms do not require planning, but always check with your local authority for your size/use.

Can you build bespoke sizes?
Yes, bespoke sizes are available in the Premier range. Our Classic range is available only in the listed sizes.

Delivery Policy – Large Garden Room Kits

Delivery method: All garden room kits are delivered by large truck (up to 18 tonne). Please ensure your site can accommodate vehicle access.
Kerbside delivery only: The driver will position the vehicle as close as possible to your property entrance, subject to parking/access restrictions.
Unloading: The driver is not responsible for offloading. Please arrange at least two able‑bodied people to unload components on the day of delivery.
Access requirements: If access is restricted (narrow lanes, low bridges, weight limits), let us know in advance so we can confirm feasibility.
Delivery day: You’ll receive your delivery date in advance. Someone 18+ must be present to receive the goods, assist with unloading and sign for the delivery.
Missed delivery: If delivery can’t be completed due to access issues, no one present, or unloading not arranged, a re‑delivery charge will apply.
Inspection: Please check for visible damage before signing. Report any issues within 48 hours of delivery with photographs.
