Delivery Policy – Large Garden Room Kits
- Delivery method: All garden room kits are delivered by large truck (up to 18 tonne). Please ensure your site can accommodate vehicle access.
- Kerbside delivery only: The driver will position the vehicle as close as possible to your property entrance, subject to parking/access restrictions.
- Unloading: The driver is not responsible for offloading. Please arrange at least two able‑bodied people to unload components on the day of delivery.
- Access requirements: If access is restricted (narrow lanes, low bridges, weight limits), let us know in advance so we can confirm feasibility.
- Delivery day: You’ll receive your delivery date in advance. Someone 18+ must be present to receive the goods, assist with unloading and sign for the delivery.
- Missed delivery: If delivery can’t be completed due to access issues, no one present, or unloading not arranged, a re‑delivery charge will apply.
- Inspection: Please check for visible damage before signing. Report any issues within 48 hours of delivery with photographs.
