The Forest Studio is our best-selling, multi-purpose garden room, loved for its bright, airy design and year-round comfort. Wide glazing across the front floods the interior with natural light, making it ideal for a home office, gym, hobby room, or relaxing studio. Precision-engineered SIP panels provide robust insulation for every season.

Is the Forest Studio suitable for year-round use?
Absolutely – the SIP structure provides superior insulation and comfort in all seasons.
Can I mix cladding types on different sides?
Yes! You can combine Thermowood and Cedar for a bespoke look – just ask for a revised quote.
What’s the difference between the kit types?
Shell, External, & Internal is a full kit including internal MDF wall finish. Shell & External is ready for your own fit-out.
Can I add more windows or upgrade the doors?
Yes – we offer a wide range of window/door upgrades including aluminium, bi-folds, and custom sizes.
Is professional installation available?
Yes – in select regions, just ask for availability.

Delivery Policy – Large Garden Room Kits
- Delivery method: All garden room kits are delivered by large truck (up to 18 tonne). Please ensure your site can accommodate vehicle access.
- Kerbside delivery only: The driver will position the vehicle as close as possible to your property entrance, subject to parking/access restrictions.
- Unloading: The driver is not responsible for offloading. Please arrange at least two able‑bodied people to unload components on the day of delivery.
- Access requirements: If access is restricted (narrow lanes, low bridges, weight limits), let us know in advance so we can confirm feasibility.
- Delivery day: You’ll receive your delivery date in advance. Someone 18+ must be present to receive the goods, assist with unloading and sign for the delivery.
- Missed delivery: If delivery can’t be completed due to access issues, no one present, or unloading not arranged, a re‑delivery charge will apply.
- Inspection: Please check for visible damage before signing. Report any issues within 48 hours of delivery with photographs.
Nationwide delivery available. Installation is optional and quoted separately.
