Can I assemble The Willow myself?
Most of our customers prefer our expert installation for total peace of mind and a flawless finish. If you are an experienced DIYer or builder and would like a supply-only kit, we can offer a flat-pack option with full instructions. Please contact us for a tailored quote.

What’s included in the price?
The Willow includes all structural panels, uPVC windows and doors, exterior cladding, EPDM roof, and all required fixings. Decking and interior finishes are optional extras.

Do I need planning permission?
Most garden rooms do not require planning permission, but we recommend checking with your local authority, especially for larger sizes or use as sleeping accommodation.

What about the foundation?
A suitable, level base is required for installation. We can advise or offer a quote for foundation works if required.

Is The Willow suitable for year-round use?
Absolutely. The SIP construction ensures high levels of thermal insulation and comfort in all seasons.

What regions do you install in?
We cover much of England and Wales for installation. Please contact us to confirm availability in your area.

Can you build bespoke designs or add extras?

Delivery Policy – Large Garden Room Kits
  • Delivery method: All garden room kits are delivered by large truck (up to 18 tonne). Please ensure your site can accommodate vehicle access.
  • Kerbside delivery only: The driver will position the vehicle as close as possible to your property entrance, subject to parking/access restrictions.
  • Unloading: The driver is not responsible for offloading. Please arrange at least two able‑bodied people to unload components on the day of delivery.
  • Access requirements: If access is restricted (narrow lanes, low bridges, weight limits), let us know in advance so we can confirm feasibility.
  • Delivery day: You’ll receive your delivery date in advance. Someone 18+ must be present to receive the goods, assist with unloading and sign for the delivery.
  • Missed delivery: If delivery can’t be completed due to access issues, no one present, or unloading not arranged, a re‑delivery charge will apply.
  • Inspection: Please check for visible damage before signing. Report any issues within 48 hours of delivery with photographs.
