The Urban Hideout blends classic garden room style with contemporary details and practical design. Its generous front glazing and neat overhang create a welcoming space, perfect as a home office, creative studio, or relaxing retreat.

Year-Round Comfort: Highly insulated SIP construction – 97mm walls and floors, 122mm roof – keeps you comfortable through every season.
Bright & Airy: Large glazed door and side panels (uPVC Anthracite Grey outside, white inside) flood the interior with light.
Flexible Finish: Choose from British Cedar, Thermowood, or Western Red Cedar for the perfect look. Customise each wall if you wish.
Multi-Purpose Space: Ideal for work, hobbies, wellness, or a year-round garden hideaway.

Can I assemble the Urban Hideout myself?
Yes, we offer supply-only kits with full instructions for competent DIYers and builders. Our expert installation team is also available in many areas.

Can I mix different cladding options?
Yes – you can specify different timbers for each wall. Let us know your preferences for a tailored quote.

What is the standard glazing?
The Urban Hideout comes with 2400mm of front glazing (single door and glazed panels either side) in uPVC Anthracite Grey (white inside). Upgrades available.

Can I add extra windows or change doors?
Absolutely – let us know what you need, including bi-fold or aluminium upgrades, and we’ll quote accordingly.

Do I need planning permission?
Most installations do not require planning, but always check with your local authority for your size and intended use.

Are custom sizes available?
Yes – our Premier range is fully bespoke for size, glazing, and layout. Classic range is only available in listed sizes.

Delivery Policy – Large Garden Room Kits

Delivery method: All garden room kits are delivered by large truck (up to 18 tonne). Please ensure your site can accommodate vehicle access.
Kerbside delivery only: The driver will position the vehicle as close as possible to your property entrance, subject to parking/access restrictions.
Unloading: The driver is not responsible for offloading. Please arrange at least two able‑bodied people to unload components on the day of delivery.
Access requirements: If access is restricted (narrow lanes, low bridges, weight limits), let us know in advance so we can confirm feasibility.
Delivery day: You’ll receive your delivery date in advance. Someone 18+ must be present to receive the goods, assist with unloading and sign for the delivery.
Missed delivery: If delivery can’t be completed due to access issues, no one present, or unloading not arranged, a re‑delivery charge will apply.
Inspection: Please check for visible damage before signing. Report any issues within 48 hours of delivery with photographs.
